Slipping into Depression

I think work has just been too stressful recently. I can feel myself slowly wallowing in self-pity nowadays. Always feel like crying for no reason...siao. No mood to talk to anyone, even my family members. I just clamp up whenever I reach home everyday. There's nothing to look forward to, nothing to feel excited/happy/even sad about. Gosh, this job is seriously bad for me. I only think of finishing all my duties at work.

Even writing this entry makes me feel like crying. And I'm nowhere even near PMS yet.

When i just trf to my new dept, I feel exactly the same way as U do...Ultra depressed!!
Go do something which U enjoy during the weekends lah. Dun think abt work during the weekends lah, else it will make U more stressed. Thot U used to have many ECAs which U enjoyed very much? Of U can jio us out for shopping, karaok, majong, movies,or dinner lah.

sigh .. i'm exactly like u. if u hve been reading my blog, u will know how stress in my new job. hang in there ... 我们一起加油吧!take the weekend off to do something u enjoy .. otherwise, retail therapy always help :P

hey, tat's how i've been feeling for the past 2 years since i started on this job. money is slightly better but quality of life seems to have dropped a lot. dun let yourself be too emersed in your job.. take time off occassionally and have a break. let's go for english hi tea again. always wanted to ask Guts out to try the one at Ritz Carlton on weekday afternoons.. you know, the one we wanted to go that time but didn't coz its buffet? its a nice place to chill out on a weekday afternoon when others are working.. hee..
