What the %^$$%%^##....
But me leh??Yesterday already kena-ed the closure of all but 3 Amore outlets....so woke up at 9am for nothing. Today, woke up at 9am (AGAIN) for flute lesson, only to have Andy 狠狠地放我飞机!!! Sigh.....为什么我的命这么苦!!! So what did I do? At the very last minute, I decided to attend a impromptu workout session at Amore Parkmall and then dropped by Robinsons City Hall to get gift vouchers for my boss. You would think there's a storewide 50% sale (or maybe 买一送一) at Robinsons...cos the queues were so long at EVERY of their cashier counters!!! Felt like I was in an extremely lugee position, to line up for so long, just to get some vouchers. People around me were buying stuffs like stacks and stacks of china bowls/plates, cutlery, CNY flowers, etc etc. I did not even dare to venture to the ladies' clothes department....reckoned it would have been even scarier over there. I somehow think that the post-xmas sales in Sg are even crazier than the ones before Christmas.
But I had quite a good harvest yesterday, during my shopping trip with Spy P. Reserved 1 skirt and a top at Isetan, and even managed to find something I like at the Mango sale. I usually don't really go for their stuffs (which is why I can never understand those women who lined up so early in the morning outside the Mango outlets during their sales periods). Labels such as Mango, Guess and Future State....hmmm...not really for me, cos most of their clothings require the wearers to have a certain degree of *ahem*....assets lah. I much prefer local brands such as GG5 (my absolute favourite!!), Mphosis, Bysi, Sense, IS...aiyoh....too many liao lah. But surprisingly, I recently found myself starting to get my jackets and skirts from Mango....but only during discounts lah. Xiao meh...the skirt I got yesterday had the original price of 95 bucks leh!!! For that price, I can get BOTH a top and bottom at some other places liao. But ok lar, I bought the skirt at the lowered price of $49...still a bit expensive, but 勉强还可以吞的下.
Tomorrow's activity plan as follow:
1) MAYBE follow mum to help her out at my cousin's place (she's a roving housekeeper)
2) Pick up reserved skirt and top from Isetan
3) MAYBE bowl
4) MAYBE more shopping (though I'm absolutely so broke already)
And oh yes...how could I forget....flute lesson at night.....if it ever materialises....
