Its been almost 7 days since I last blogged, and still, I cannot find anything remotely 轰动 to write about. Tis been a pretty uneventful week, except perhaps for the fact my office division has recently been 'bestowed' a big project by the Upp Mgt, which resulted in us putting aside our usual work and coming together to try and get it done ASAP. The good thing that came out of all this, is that the camaraderie and 默契 within the division has enhanced! Its like usually, everyone is cooped up in their rooms, going about their usual business. But now, we all are given this opportunity to work together on a single mission and with the same goal. Hopefully, we can wrap up this project soon, cos I'm already experiencing some mental and physical fatigue doing the same stuffs day in day out....=P

And oh yes, I also spent the past few days poring over all the Tokyo hotel websites and checking out their respective prices and room availability. Its seems like time really passes so rapidly, cos my Hokkaido trip suddenly, is less than a month away!! And best part, we have not even secured our accommodation for our 2 days extension in Tokyo! But most most fortunately, my travel companion received a offer from her kind Japanese friend to stay with his family during these 2 days. That, I would say, is the highlight of my trip! I've long wanted to stay in those traditional Japanese guest houses, but since they were mostly situated in not-so-accessible locations, I've had to choose the more commercialised, but better-located hotels over the former. Hah....seems like my wish is going to come true soon! And we were still trying hard to decide what gift to get for this Tokyo friend to repay him for his generous hospitality. Its so hard to get something for someone who lives in a country which has so many more interesting stuffs than us! Currently, Bakhwa is on the top of our list cos its seems that the Japs just can't get enough of this local food. However, as we would be Hokkaido first, I'm not too sure if the bakhwa will last till we reach Tokyo 7 days later. And it just so happens we have to buy it during this pre-CNY season, where the prices would probably skyrocket to dunno where. So if anyone has any other suggestions, do pls pls drop me a comment! Me and my friend really needs it! Thanks!!!
