Debriefing SUCKS!!!

I have to say this....no matter how much people say debriefings are meant to make things work better the next time round, and that its not meant to put blame on anyone....I still strongly feel there's some kind of finger-pointing in this activity. Ok, maybe I'm being too sensitive, but it really hurts a lot when you have a panel of people who criticise your doings (notice I did not say they criticised me....nope....never ever pointed finger directly at me...never) in front of everyone. And I didn't particularly wanted to make any retorts, in case I would seem too defensive. I know its fair they make these comments, cos if I were in their positions, I would perhaps have done the same too. But I've never been on the receiving end of these comments, and it sure doesn't feel good. Been expecting this for quite a long while liao, and have not been sleeping/eating well becos of this. The only good thing that came out of it, is that ITS FINALLY OVER!!! It was a gruelling and arduous session.....and I'm quite surprised I was able to show a brave front during the session.

I know I'm talking lots of crap here....but I just needed to let it all out. Its been a difficult day. Really.
