Yippee Yippee Yay Yay!

Very busy at work today, but still had to find time to write this happy blog. I went for my further fasting lipid test today, after getting the lousy cholesterol reading in my previous health screening. This fasting lipid test would further show the levels of my good and bad cholesterol. Well, what do you know? The results really blew me off!! It revealed that the reason I had a overly high total cholesterol reading previously was that my level of GOOD cholesterol is (in the exact words of the health officer) 'exceptionally high', and that the level of my bad cholesterol is also in good condition! So, in other words, I'm in perfect good health and that THERE'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!!! I felt so relieved...and overjoyed! And jubilant!! Wow! I've never felt so happy in a long long time already!!! And the officer also said, my high level of good cholesterol could be, perhaps, due to my aerobics, as its been proven that regular aerobics does have this effect! Haha! So my 4 years of aerobics lessons did pay off!!!!

I found new enthusiasm in life and work today.....couldn't stop smiling...=D
