Good weekend

I finally bought a new pair of shoes to replace my beloved pair last Thursday...but later found out that it was one size too small! This always happen to me.....there has been very few occurrences where I manage to buy shoes which I did not need to change it for a different size later..somehow, I just am not able to get the correct size/style the first time round. Hence, went to get it changed on Sat....however, was quite apprehensive as to whether I can change this pair, as the saleslady had previously punched in another hole in the shoe strap for me already....HAH! fortunately, went a ok!

Then, also on Thursday, the colour on one of my toe nails came off...it literally peeled off (must be due to me trying on too many pairs of shoes)! So resulted in my toes looking quite unsightly....I went to try my luck at the nail spa I frequent....mabbe they can help to just paint back that one nail? Wow....they not only did that, but even touch up all the other nails!! I was so impressed! Such good service!!!

To end the Sat, I went for volunteering at the 'theatre' again...this time, they were screening movies related to 'women in action'. The 2 movies they screened were 'Kill Bill' and another old '70s Chinese movie. 'Kill Bill' I've watched b4, so it did was nothing new. But the '70s show, wow! It was shocking (to say the least)!!! It had nudity, as well as lesbianism!!! I never knew people back then were so open about this issue!! No wonder it was rated R(21).....WOW!!
